Booked a colour appointment for 4pm and waited almost 50 minutes past my slot. The result was good in the end but nobody explained the delay or apologised. For these prices I expect the schedule to be respected.

Lucia did my wife's balayage and it came out exactly like the reference photo. Clean salon, no rush, they explained the aftercare properly. Easily the best hair salon in Zagreb centre.
